Cancellation policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to info@stormevents.it, in cc itfabschool@it-fab.it, no later than 12 October 2026 (23:59 CEST).
For cancellation requests received by this deadline, the registration fee will be refunded, less a €20.00 administrative processing fee and any documented bank transfer or credit card transaction costs actually incurred, where applicable. - No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after 12 October 2026 at 23:59 (CEST).
- In the event of cancellation, the Organising Committee reserves the right to offer the vacant place to the next eligible applicant on the waiting list, where applicable.
- No reimbursement will be made for:
- late arrival;
- unused services;
- unattended lectures or laboratory activities;
- early departure from the School.
- The Organising Committee shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, postponements or cancellation of the School due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, public authority measures, strikes, epidemics, pandemics or other force majeure events.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the School.
- Nothing in this Registration and Cancellation Policy shall limit or exclude any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Should the Organising Committee cancel the School, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid. The Organising Committee shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation or visa expenses.
Personal data submitted through the registration platform will be processed by INRiM for purposes related to the organisation and management of the School. For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
